Everything is sold “As Is” with no guarantees of any kind. Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information.
All Sales Are Final. The bidder is responsible for knowing which items they are bidding on. Auctioneer cannot honor “mistakes”
All Sales Must be Paid before removing items from field
Items are considered your property as each item is sold to you. Auction house is not responsible for lost or stolen items
Do not lose your ticket as items purchased with this number will be billed to you
Everything must be paid in full on auction day regardless of when picked up
Buyer has one week from sale to pick up items
There is a $25.00 charge for returned checks for insufficient funds.
